Training sessions can be delivered as a one-off, or part of a multi-staged program.
This session covers the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method. You will be guided through the use of breathing, cold exposure, and the power of the mind. You will learn about the underlying physiology and science behind the method, how to optimise body and brain, reset your stress response, and enhance performance. A great combination of theory and practice, this session includes practical guided breathing and cold exposure components.
This session isolates the breathing component of the Wim Hof Method, including an explanation of how and why it works, and an extended practical, guided breathing session. Participants should experience an immediate benefit from the session, with opportunity for questions and guidance on how to use the method ongoing for maximum benefit.
This session provides an introduction to the history and science behind the Oxygen Advantage methodology. Following these key learnings, the majority of the time will be spent practising a range of Oxygen Advantage breathing protocols with broad application for health and performance.
The Oxygen Advantage methodology has broad application in enhancing performance (including both physical and cognitive performance), as well as health and fitness more generally (including improved mental acuity, energy, and better sleep). There is a particular focus on efficient exchange within the body of oxygen and carbon dioxide, and optimal usage of these critical elements.
There is a wide array of training techniques that can be used to great effect for clients. We can customise sessions according to client requirements and objectives.

For this we will consult with you in detail to create a program (one-time or multi-staged) according to your specific objectives and requirements.
This is possible for corporate clients, medium sized groups, and also for one-on-one individual training.
Individuals can participate in standardised training sessions when available. These are generally open registration – anyone can register and join the session, and the group size may vary.
We also offer one-on-one training for those who prefer a private session format.
We can provide any of our service offerings for small to medium groups. This might range from a couple wishing to train together, to a group of friends, family, or a club seeking economies from training as a group, but who also wish to keep it a private session for their particular group.
Clients that consist of a larger group of people may be looking to incorporate these methods into one of their team training days. This may be for a new angle on optimal performance, team building, or purely as a benefit for their people’s health and well-being.
